Job Purpose:

To plan and coordinate the implementation of sales and marketing activities in assigned territory. She/He is responsible for budgets allocated. Initiates and monitors the development plan for each member of his team

To activate regional brand strategies locally, integrating them into the specific customer portfolio, through customer engagement and patient focus, in support of company’s market share growth and sales and profit budget delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expected performance and beyond (Sales & Profit);
  • Develop National Sales plan and translate it to the Sales team;
  • Develop and implement a development plan for Medical Representatives;
  • Connect and engage directly or indirectly with the customers on an ongoing basis to gain direct customer insight in order to develop commercial opportunities accordingly (min. 50% field time)
  • Develop adding value understanding and implementation of alternative channels usage building a strong multichannel strategy for the brand/portfolio based both on franchise deliverables but also by developing local solutions.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduated: preferably Medicine/Pharmacy
  • Coaching skills
  • Very good organizing skills
  • Innovation and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patient centric mind-set
  • High standards of ethics
  • Very good English knowledge
  • Clean driving license and availability for extensive travel
