Project: Strengthening the institutional framework in the water and sanitation sector (WWS) in the Republic of Moldova (Phase 01)

Equipment Description: Procurement of Energy-efficient Water Pumping Equipment for Water Supply and Sanitation Service Operators, Republic of Moldova, Phase II

 

The Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment of the Republic of Moldova is procuring the Energy-efficient Water Pumping Equipment for Water Supply and Sanitation Service Operators, Republic of Moldova.

This procurement relates to the Component 1 of the project output 2.1 capacities of AMAC is strengthened and energy efficiency of selected member water operators increased.

The scope of contract includes the procurement and training in the use of pumping equipment. New procured pumping equipment will improve energy efficiency and will reduce the specific consumption of electricity for water capture, transportation and treatment and wastewater treatment for selected water operators.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment now invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified bidders for procuring of the Energy-efficient Water Pumping Equipment for Water Supply and Sanitation Service Operators, Phase II.

Bidding will be conducted using the Invitation  Procedure set out in the Procurement Guideline for FDFA contractors (1/2), clause 6.2 “Invitation Procedure”, Version 1.0 (September 2015).

Interested and qualified bidders must send a request for the tender documents (Invitation to Quote (ITQ)) to the following e-mails: vplesca@moldovapops.md copy to andrei.ursache@ada.gv.at.

Quotations must be submitted in original not later than the following date and time: March 31, 2020, 11:00 (Chisinau time). Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address specified in ITQ.
